A Long Thought
every day
has a life
of its own
we make it into something
or nothing
through our actions
reactions
we divide
come together in factions
interests
groups
look for loops
in regulations
which seem
ostentatious
silly
willy-nilly
we want to live in a way
that we are free
to be what we want to be
without hindering another soul
from reaching their goal
we all want peace
not pieces
to laugh
to love
to help out others where and when we can
not fall into a scam
be used abused & confused
respect matters
it is not mindless chatter
we need to talk to each other
not dictate or preach
appreciate we are not the same
live life
don't turn it into a game

Licenced Self-Defence Trainer
I've been quite busy lately and I am happy to say that I recently got my Licence as a Self-Defence Instructor(DKV). Now I will start preparing and organizing courses to teach people Self-Defence. I am excited about this because self-defence is a lot more than just being able to defend yourself physically, you need to be mentally aware of what is going on around you and how to react to it. Our world does not need more rambos, rather people who can see what is going on around them, and find intelligent ways to keep themselves safe. This is what I will teach and many more things .
