Training
Over the next few days I will be away doing karate training. I am looking forward to the training and seeing many old friends. It will be a good opportunity to see where I have improved and what I still have to work on for my next belt. The most important thing is to examine my own strengths and weaknesses and find ways to develop further as a person. It is true this is not easy but overcoming your own doubts and deficiency is part of learning.
