Weathered Words
Weathered words have seen it all.
Rise ‘n’ fall;
valued ‘n’ reviled.
In and out of style.
Their intentions analyized;
abused misused confused.
Put aside;
labeled dumb harsh dangerous
inspiring beautiful worthwhile.
Take some time
read for yourself
then decide.
As the words blossom
before your eyes.
