Poem Nov 14th 2013

Thank You
Thank you
for your words of wisdom
my friend
a new way
to see the love & beauty
in each new day

Poem Nov 13th 2013

Thoughts of Home

Firmly on land
ocean’s breeze
courses through me
cocooned in
salty tang scent
shivering
smiling
I dance
with the current

Poem Nov 12th 2013

Conference
Elucidating
expressing
exchanging
entertaining
exploring
extraneous
errors
elaborating
enthusiastically

elucubrating
 enough
embellishment
energetically
ending
eating exquisite entrée

Poem Nov 11th 2013

Nov 11th

 Today
we remember
those who fought and died
in all wars
We are here today
because of their sacrifice
made the way
for our lives
we owe them a debt
we must never forget them
and ensure
that we all live in peace

Departed Friends
Departed friends
we mourn
memories
are treasures
make us
laugh  cry
at the same time
